Carla and I went to the neatest place the other night...Easely Amused! You all paint the same picture with your own artistic flair while the instructor gives you lots of direction. You pick out your own colors and give it your own personality. We loved every bit of it!
Here is a photo of the studio. There were about 30 stations there and you can see some of the other paintings in the background that you can paint.
We started out drawing "invisible" owls or "snow owls" as she liked to call them. We had to place our owls and get the right form before starting the actually paint it. We painted the background next. I did mine horizontal (I was the only only who did it that way) and Carla did hers vertical.
Painting away on our owls...we basically used the same colors on the main parts.
Here are our finished products...so much fun! I had such a great time Carla...thanks so much for the treat! Carla is going to use her to go over Baby Cole's changing table.
